What is the minimum quantity for personalisation?+
It depends on the marking technique. Screen printing starts from 45 pieces, laser engraving from 25, full-colour DTF from 10. The minimum quantity is shown on the product page when choosing a technique.
How does a personalised order work?+
You choose the object, colour, quantity and marking technique. You send us your logo (ideally a vector PDF). We send you a proof within 24 hours. After approval, production starts and shipping follows the indicated lead time.
How quickly can I be delivered in Switzerland?+
For non-personalised objects: 3 to 5 business days. For personalised objects: 7 to 15 business days depending on the technique. The exact lead time is shown on each product page.
What logo formats do you accept?+
Vector formats ideally (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG). Raster files (PNG, JPG) are accepted if the resolution is sufficient (300 dpi at actual size).
Do the displayed prices include marking?+
The price shown on the product page is for the object only (excl. VAT). Marking is added based on technique, number of colours and quantity — the estimate is calculated in real time in the configurator.
Can I order as a private individual?+
Yes. Most of our clients are Swiss companies, associations and institutions, but we accept orders from private individuals from the indicated minimum quantities.
